Let me introduce myself

I have:

  • 18+ years of experience as a fitness trainer 

  • 13+ years as a licensed massage therapist

  • 10+ years as a yoga instructor. 

I enjoy working with clients who are ready to improve their current exercise programs as well as those coming to fitness with no prior experience. When working with clients who are living with or recovering from injury, I will work in conjunction with the medical professionals who have properly assessed the injuries or limitations. My training in massage and yoga enhances my knowledge of body mechanics. I bring my passion for all the various modalities that I’ve studied to create individualized programs that intersect with the unique needs and ambitions of each client. 

My focus is on minimizing injuries and maximizing results. I discuss proper form and body mechanics when working with clients so that they can have the confidence to perform the exercises safely and effectively on their own.
