18+ years of experience as a fitness trainer
13+ years as a licensed massage therapist
10+ years as a yoga instructor.
I love working with clients who are ready to improve their current exercise programs as well as those coming to fitness with no prior experience. When working with clients who are living with or recovering from injury, I will work in conjunction with the medical professionals who have properly assessed the injuries or limitations to ensure a safe and informed approach tailored to each individual.
Massage is central to my practice, offering not just relief from pain and tension but also a chance to restore balance and well-being. With its ability to improve mobility, circulation, and relaxation, massage becomes a vital tool in helping clients feel their best. My training in yoga and body mechanics enhances my ability to provide a holistic approach that meets each client’s unique needs.
